Research suggests that if you had fond memories in your kitchen as a child, then perhaps you should recreate the same color scheme in your adult kitchen. It doesn’t matter the color as long as it makes you feel good. This does come with one warning: If you’re on a diet, then steer clear of the color red which has an appetite stimulating effect.
