It’s only Wednesday and I’m up to my eyeballs in laundry. I can vividly remember conveniently banging out our weekly loads on a Saturday morning which left me with the afternoon to either veg out or galavant in the city…that was when there was just two of us.
Now as a family of seven, I needed something to get me excited about my dirty laundry. A client recently introduced me to Tyler Glamorous Wash in Diva ($28.50 for a 32oz. bottle), fine laundry detergent for delicates and bedding. Entering her guest bedroom, I caught a noseful of what I now know was a warm, complex blend of fragrance notes consisting of fruit, rich florals, aromatic chocolate, and amber. The detergent is worth every penny though I use a less expensive, fragrance free detergent as a base and add a couple capfuls the Glamorous Wash for the aromatic experience. A little luxury goes a long way.
Tyler Glamorous Wash is phosphate free, not tested on animals, and comes in 8 other fragrances:
Eucalyptus – Classic Tyler Fragrance
Fleur De Lis – Tart pomegranates
French Market – Fresh floral with notes of gardenia and tuberose
High Maintenance – Floral, woody blend combined with patchouli & vanilla with a heavy musk undertone
Icon -Notes of sandalwood blend with ambergris, violet leaves, French verbena and Florentine iris
Kathina – Sensual lily of the valley intertwines with citrus & rose.
Limelight – Invitingly clean, fresh fusion of pure mandarin oranges with a shocking touch of lime as a top note. A slight undertone of rich vanilla bean oil gives this a unique twist.
Mango Tango – Rich mango, sweet papaya & tart guava
Tyler – Medley of currant & grapefruit
I can hardly wait to try them all. What little luxuries make your wash day more delightful?
