I’m beside myself with joy to announce that my Clifton Road project is one of the six homes featured on the 2016 Druid Hills Tour of Homes and Gardens and Makers Market. The tour and market takes place April 22nd-24th, 2016 here in Atlanta, Georgia. The homeowners are repeat clients (this is our third home together!!) and it’s been a joy working with them over the years.
Located on 880 Clifton Road, the home was built circa 1927 and is surprisingly in near “time-capsule condition.” The exterior features a mixture of English and Arts and Crafts architectural styles.
The exterior boasts an enchanting courtyard, arbor, pond, mini golf course, and gazebo overlooking the Druid Hills Golf Club. Seriously folks, you have to walk the property and experience it for yourself.
The home’s interiors retains much of its original millwork, unusual hardware, and lighting fixtures. The previous owners did an amazing job of preserving the integrity of the interior architectural details.
I’ve been here on Clifton since my clients purchased the home in 2014 and over the last two years, I’ve helped this young family infuse authentic style and grace into their new historic home. It’s a style I’ve dubbed as Today’s Traditional Design.

Wow, congratulations!! I remember volunteering with that tour of homes when I was in high school (at Druid Hills, actually, so it was a short walk from campus), but I may just have to take the tour this year and see your work!
Congratulations Erika!!! This is so awesome! The home looks beautiful! *Bravo*
