I wasn’t aware of this long running Southern belief tradition when I selected an ethereal blue paint color for my client’s sunroom but it makes total sense to me.

So how do you select the best blue paint for your porch ceiling? Look no further than the exterior of your home. If you live in a traditional style home, a lighter blue like Sherwin Williams’ Topsail SW 6217 may be the perfect fit or if you live in a more contemporary style home dare to go a bit bolder with a color like Benjamin Moore’s Palladian Blue HC-144
