Pop the cork and blow the party horns! Today kicks off a month long series of giveaways in honor of BluLabel Bungalow’s 5th year anniversary. Yes, five years! Little did I know blogging would allow me to reach so many potential clients and design enthusiasts like yourselves. To show my appreciation for your undying support, I’m offering up some of my favorite things from brands and partners who believe in my crusade to provide you with a “bluprint for a life well-designed.”

First up is the Invest In Your Nest 4-book series giveaway! All of these books are written by America’s trusted brand and retailer, Mitchell + Gold Bob Williams.

Who We Are is MG+BW’s 25th anniversary memoir highlighting the twenty-five characteristics that distinguishes them from other home furnishing retailers. Inside you will learn about their philosophy on living with comfort and style, find stunning product images, information about their family-friendly work environment, inspiring ads, and even a five-course tasting menu with recipes from their corporate chef Sean Robinson!

What I love most about the next two books, The Comfortable Home: How to Invest in Your Nest and Live Well for Less and Let’s Get Comfortable is that they provide common sense advice for pulling together stylish, comfortable spaces, useful ideas for furniture arrangements, color coordination, and much more. Each page consists of impeccable photo styling using their signature furnishings. However, you don’t have to own MGBW furniture in order to benefit from the knowledge provided within the pages. Promise.

Lastly, Youth in Crisis: What Everyone Should Know About Growing Up Gay written by Mitchell Gold, is an arresting call to society in their treatment of gay teens. The personal, social, religious, and pain and trauma of growing up gay in America, says Gold can be remedied through compassion, fair-mindedness, and open dialogue between communities and families. His work in support of Youth in Crisis has been supported by many including interior designer Nate Berkus, Bishop Gene Robinson, and actor Richard Chamberlain. YouthInCrisis
